Silence+Other Sounds is the project of sound designer and media composer Giuseppe SMHERTZ Caiazzo. Started as a personal musical outlet of experimental electronic music, S+OS evolved as a boutique sound design company oriented to modern, finely crafted sound assets and tools.
We aim to create evoking, vivid, unmistakable sound design and serve the wide community of composers, filmmakers, game developers and editors.

hi, if you have the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt you can certainly use it on garage band. If you don't, you can still drag and drop the wav files on the audio tracks in garage band

Very lovely sounding sample instrument, and an excellent presentation style! Quick question: Does this sample library only play connecting/rhythmic phrases and loops, or is there a capability to play individually sustained notes, staccatos, pizzicatos, etc? Because I am wanting to also be able to trigger single melodic notes and be able to hold them as long as possible, and perhaps plucks and other articulations, too. Thanks in advance if you can shed light on this, please.
hi there, thanks for your comment. No, there are not sustained notes, the whole concept we have concentrated on was to record small rhythmic cells that can be combined in a variety of ways. This was to emphasize the rhythmic nature of the tagelharpa and preserve its rawness. I hope this helps! :)

I guess you mean the Shofar? Maleventum Pompeii has many samples of Lituus and Animal Horns, which are both very similar to the Shofar and produce a nearly identical sound.
